Over the last three weeks contractors have completed the majority of the ground works and cable ducting for a new Toucan crossing on Coleshill Road at the bottom of Reddicap Hill.

The new crossing will form the link between the existing cycle and walking paths in New Hall Valley Country Park and a new section of route spur completed at the end of 2009 across Rectory Park. The new spur route creates new walking and cycling access to Good Hope Hospital from Coleshill Road via Broomie close.
